I am missing my twitch prime loot
I have done everything twitch and ea has told me to but I have still not received my twitch prime loot. Can someone please help me resolve this issue.

twitch prime loot not showing in game. i linked my accounts multiple times to see if something went wrong there but im still not getting the loot. anyone else signed in to amazon, twitch and EA but still not getting the loot even though i says it was claimed successfully?
Yo did the dev help you get your loot cuz i also did everything to see it in my inventory and its still not there so itll mean alot if u see this message to help me out.
