Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours for the coins to arrive on you account. If you still don't have them after 24 hours, I recommend reaching out to our live support team so they can take a look for you. Keep your proof of purchase on hand, as they'll need to see it to help you.
Community ManagerI am going through the same issue. There is no way to connect to a live chat support. I keep getting sent to answer hq. Absolutely ridiculous. These guys are just blatantly stealing at this point.
i Have made about 5 tickets asking for help and have Been told to wait 24 hours and then resume It does work Made another ticket that says resume trying to get to live support Nope not allowed Go on my email and see Oh we have a case use this number and a client will be with you briefly do that,
Cant post ticket for live support Unless i sign in,Sign in not allowed to use live support, My god, I am at the state of just saying * it you robbed my of 20 dollars and just uninstall this * joke of a game and never recommending to anyone GOOD Luck with the new BATTLEPASS sytem were you can squeeze out the last bit of fans you have not to mention the 160 dollar recolors
