I have followed every instruction they have given me and I cannot get to the live chat. I have redeemed a code, the code was accepted but haven’t received my coins and it was a lot of money. I contacted the supplier of the code and they said nothing can be done on their end so now I’m trying to contact EA again. This is all extremely frustrating and I still don’t have my coins. Someone please help me I’m losing my mind

"Chat with us" is about half way down the page, with a red arrow to the right.
There may be some waiting time.
When I go to press the button to start the chat after putting all the information in it just kicks me out it makes no sense because it was working a few hours ago

Chat is now for specific issues only, with email being the best route to sort out other issues, as it gets you directly to the section that can help you.
Ps I just checked and chat is working fine.
