I cannot find any way to connect my Switch account to my EA account

Now that I finally have a computer I would like to transfer my progress from my Switch to my computer but every single guide has not helped me at all no matter what I try I cannot get the screen to connect accounts to show up I don’t know what to do and it would be a shame to loose all the progress that I have made
