I can't chat with online staff of ea,I need someone to confirm my account.
After I subscribed EA play pro with my own paypal, my account get banned, and didn't even receive any mail. Immediately after that, my email address was automatically changed to the one I used before, and I sent EAMIL to EA through my previous email address, providing me with my relevant information:ACCOUNT: CLAROU1970, EMAIL:[edit: email address removed], PLATFORM: PC. But the customer service kept telling me to contact the online customer service for support,But how can I get support from live chat if my account is banned? Isn't this an endless loop?
