I registerd my account in 2017 or so when my first time play Apex through Origin platfrom,and I had already link my Steam account too.But after the EA replace the Oringin, my account was unavailable and I need to register a new account.My previous account had lots of skins,please check the reason and resume my account ASAP!!!
And I can't find any customer service,What should I do????
MichaelXu8 Your Origin Account is the same one you would use to log into the EA App, (I'm a month 1 player, and I still have the same EA Account from when the game was playable through Origin).
If its been a while since you had last played or had used EA's services, your EA Account may had been temporarily disabled. (You can request to reactivate your EA Account here: EA Help | How to get back into your EA Account).
