I can't link my twitch prime and ea accounts

I don't know what to do. When i want to link my ea account with twitch prime its says:

Have An Issue

There is an issue with your account for Twitch. For more details, please go to Twitch

I can't do anything with twitch, so it must be a problem with ea account. Please help.

    @adixor33 ive been having the same thing! I cant get my wraith skin because of it. They try and tell you its a twitch issue when ive been able to get literally EVERY other reward from prime with no problem at all. Why is it always EA that screw things up?

    @adixor33 I have had the exact same thing, im trying to get the wraith skin but i cant get it, everything else works except the ea things.

    I tried to claim my fifa pack and I got the same message. Hopefully its not a problem on my side and rather ea’s
