i cant play the game, the error keep showing. how to fix?:(

i did repairing it, reinstall 2 times. still got the issue. 

when i tried to login, just a few second in the lobby then the error. 

i lookup in the internet, seems like noone got this issue:/

Asmodeus566Same problem here. It seems the problem started when a mission was marked as favorite in-game, but cannot redo this action because my game crashes when lobby screen is loaded.

Tried reinstalling, repair, change configuration files before rebooting the game, nothing solved. I honestly think there is no user solution that can solve this because it might be a client bug that might happen in their database after a mission is marked in-game by a player.. like this feature was never tested at all.

Hopefully i'm wrong.  

dude i thought that was never the problem. it all started when i mark a mission. as far i remember, i marked the oraxe mission that give u 20 apex pack for completing the mission.

i tried making a new account, then no problem at all. its just in my main account.

RoastedCornsyeah, I think it is a smart idea to just create a new account and wait for a developer solution. Perhaps this problem solves itself when season changes and challenges/missions update by themselves.

I also marked the oraxe mission as well btw, then my game started crashing with the idx error.

It is just insane that this simple in-game action causes all this trouble. I feel like it deserves a reward just by pointing what simple action caused such a big issue lol

just tried to enter the game today and finally succeeded. It seems like recent challenges reset did the trick. 

I will not dare to start tracking a new challenge

I can't access the game but different problem. Some reason it says to register now instead of login and gives me this error message. I reset my password and hit next, it just reverts back to this screenshot again and again. Tried numerous ways to work around it but it's definitely the account link tot eh game that's glitched. Please help
