I come back after years to multiple missing items including a bought mythic?

I’ve seen a few other posts mentioning that they are missing items? I’ve noticed I’m missing many skins and my Valkyre mythic I bought during the event it came out with. I’ve tried going through support and they decided that I wasn’t worth the trouble
