I did not get my ea play's weapon charm
I purchased an annual ea play subscription on steam late july/early aug. I saw a banner in the lobby showing ea play members get a free charm, but I don't seem to be getting the charm. I tried to reach out to ea support but every route of this website leads me to this forum.

If you're not seeing your EA Play charms in-game, our support team will need to take a look over the account as we're unable to make any changes via the forums.
If you create a new case here and select Game Support > Apex Legends > I'm looking for something I bought or I'm looking for something I earned, either of those options should be relevant to your situation and let you get in touch with support so they can assist further.
