    "The magic combination was to unlock my fps via Steam launch options with +fps_max 0 and limit the fps with RTSS to 140 (below my monitor refresh for no tearing without any sync)"

    "Not tinkering and playing with v-sync on or off, unlocking or limiting the fps any other way like AMD FRTC, Chill, launch options, did not work."

i did that and my game froze this time. all i did was set my max fps in the RTSS, was I supposed to do more?

I have not been able to play at all I get to hike the ball 🏈 and glitch freeze reload play one down rinse wash repeat since the day it launched I tried every setting in my tv and cable to refresh every setting on my cable box 📦 wtf is going on it's needs like a patch rite?

    Are all the games glcihed I bought mine game stop digital down load it didn't come in release date it was late then it didn't have the codes so I didn't have the codes for any the packs or anything several days later
