zizorro5​ Sadly, banned accounts cannot be handled on the forums as that can only be handled by the EA TOS Team.

If your EA Account is hacked and you need help recovering it, you would need to contact EA Support.

If its been a while since you had last played or had used EA's services, your EA Account may had been temporarily disabled. You would need to contact EA Support in order to reactivate your EA Account, (note: reactivating your EA Account will not remove any active bans or suspensions).
