I have a wierd issue with apex on ps5 where i have minus Credits and and i didnt

I have a wierd issue with the Game on ps5 i can Play the Game but i dont have my charerkters and i have Always minus -9999999 Credits  i didnt buy anything and i didnt Hack i dont know why this is Happening to me i can Play the Game but i cant Level Up or anything
