I have linked my xbox to my pc account but no longer can access things on my xb

i linked my xbox account to my pc EA account along with many other things including twitch discord and steam yet now my xbox won’t let me access anything other then play or club. i haven’t gotten any cross platform prompts on my pc and it has been linked for about a month. i spent countless hours and have played since season one on xbox and cannot lose the memories from that account. i just wanted my levels and stuff man. now i have nothing on xbox.
