I have received the same male 10 times.

I sent an email after collecting evidence that my account was hacked before.

This is because the customer center said that they would not receive the same macro answer only when they present new evidence.

we received your latest message regarding the action taken on your account. We have performed all investigations possible on this issue and will not reverse the decision.

So I tried to prove that I was hacked and didn't use fraudulent programs, including six new pieces of evidence.

You guys are constantly sending the same answer.

I wonder if I really checked my play video and login history.

I want you to release the unfair suspension of my account.

So far, I have submitted 2 gameplay videos and 10 access verification and evidence, but they are only sending me the same email.

    Going to go ahead and lock this 

    It's best not speculate or make assumptions as to how the EA TOS team works or how the Terms of Service are implemented in our games or related to accounts so as to cut down on the spread of misinformation.

    All queries and questions related to a TOS action can be directed to our TOS team who better understand the rules than anyone else.
