【About my Apex ban】
Firstly, I am an APEX player from China. I would like to tell you about my first time playing Apex during the 2018 Spring Festival. I love this game very much and have recharged it for approximately $2500, including the hard work I have put into it over the past 5 years.
Because I have entered the workforce and work as a server administrator in a company, I don't have much time to play Apex every day. I have clear evidence that my account is logged in from a location other than my own. After I went home from work and played my last game around February 20th,In the following days, I devoted myself to my work and did not log in to the game during this period. Moreover, my Outlook email did not receive any information about my account logging in from other locations, which left me puzzled as to why such a thing happened.
I logged into my Apex on April 26th at UTC+8, and as usual, I entered the shooting range for firearms practice. When I was satisfied and ready to enter the qualifying round, I discovered the first anomaly. My rank changed from platinum to diamond, and I did not play the game,But my ranking level has been improved. I immediately thought that my account might have been stolen, so I immediately checked my email and found a ban message from EA. When I learned this message, I couldn't accept it in my heart. I didn't lend my account number, and my password was also changed to an extremely complex format. I'm not sure how hackers obtained my password, I really hope that the EA official can help me, I don't want to be banned for being unclear like this. I don't want to lose all my 5 years due to hackers.
Finally, I would like to express my personal attitude. In the past five years, based on my personality guarantee, I have not even opened some auxiliary software, and I despise cheating. This is the behavior I hate the most when playing games.
