I lost all my account progression

I do see a small handful of items on the account here, though nothing like I'd expect from an account you've played on in the past. While I see you don't recall another account, do you have any other emails you'd be able to try logging in with to see if there's an associated account? 

There are generally some pretty clear signs if content existed and is lost, even outside the linking/unlinking aspect which doesn't seem to have been the case here, as you mentioned. Those just aren't present on this particular account - it just appears to be one that was briefly accessed a few years back and not touched since.

If there's another email or account that may have been used but to which you no longer have access, or you have any other details like old order numbers, our support may be able to help track down and update any other accounts or needed details. I'd create a new case here so they can take a look in a bit more detail.
