I lost my extra ac
I made a top-up on December 29, 2025, at 11:03 PM, but the extra AC from my top-up did not arrive. After this, I searched online for solutions, and most players said that compensation would be given later, but I still have not received any compensation. On December 30, I contacted customer service for the first time, and they told me that their team needed to discuss the issue. On December 31, I contacted customer service for the second time, and they told me I would have to wait 48 hours for a resolution. This is now my third time reaching out to customer service. They asked me to provide proof of my first purchase, so I showed them my Steam purchase records to prove it was my first purchase. However, they insisted that I contact Steam support. My last Steam purchase was in 2024, and I started playing Apex on December 3, 2025. Until now, I wanted to buy the 100-pack offer, so I calculated the extra AC from my first top-up, which led to the issue of the extra AC not being credited.
