I do strongly recommend using two-factor authentication as this makes accounts harder to hack.

Mind, logging into an internet cafe computer is not safe, cheats can have been installed on this computer without you knowing and flagging your account.
Keyloggers or other malware could have led to the loss of your account.
Sadly we only can guide you to the correct ways to appeal this ban as bans cannot be disputed on the forums.
