Glad to hear you were able to get a ban lifted, though sorry to hear you're still not able to get back in-game just yet.

If you were told the ban was being removed but you're still seeing that appear in-game, you could both double-check that you're logging in with the correct account email that had the ban lifted and/or try a password reset for the account before re-logging into the game entirely.

If that's still not letting you in after that point, there may have been a delay or some issue with how that was removed. It would be best to reach back out to the support team that helped with the removal at that point so they can take another look at what may be holding things up for you here. You should be able to resume a case here to have them take another look if needed.

I have had the same issue with my account for 2+ years and still I am not unbanned...even after submitting multiple 1000 character appeals practically begging them to hear me out. EA needs to restructure how the QoL of getting legit players accounts unbanned or they will continue to lose loyal customers...
