My apex account was banned last year for no reason it finally got unbanned with the help of ea but with i log on to apex it still shows im banned please help

I have had the same issue with my account for 2+ years and still I am not unbanned...even after submitting multiple 1000 character appeals practically begging them to hear me out. EA needs to restructure how the QoL of getting legit players accounts unbanned or they will continue to lose loyal customers...
