I purchased coins and I haven't received them.

Its been 24 hours, I have the receipts for the first time purchase $20 pack, I will literally do anything but reinstall on Origin.
Every time I try to make a ticket now, I'm told "Advisors can not resolve this issue". 
I don't even want a refund, I want my coins.
