I redeem Gundam Wing Zero Tracker on EA app and it not show up in-game

Last night I was redeeming my code after got it from Discord directly, using it on EA app. The code work fine. But the tracker didn’t show up in my account even it been hours. I did contact “EA next” something ,but its AI prompt can’t even get the ticket to fix the problem.
