I still lost all my progression and levels

Hey dogz0n,

I'm afraid we would no longer be able to manually assist with progress that was lost that long ago, but I did want to check and be sure this wasn't related to some other situation.

Just to be sure, are you able to grab a screenshot of your lobby showing your account level? I just want to make sure the account hasn't just hit 500 and switched over to the next set of badges, which could make this 519 rather than just level 19.

Aside from that however, the main thing to keep in mind would be that unlinking a platform from your EA account can result in lost progress, including issues leveling or receiving items. If you had previously unlinked your Steam for example, re-linking the account would be the only way to try restoring any missing content.

If anything was still missing after that point it wouldn't be something that can be recovered unfortunately.
