I still lost all my progression and levels

Do you guys still remember when there's an incident that it reset, I am not sure how long ago probably a year or 2. Ok I came back thinking that It would some how recovered it all however I still los...

I don't have any screenshots but only the play time on EAplay. However, I am certain that I haven't reach level 100 yet. I do have a confirmation that I did play along time ago not just to troll or beg for something I don't have. Their are no pass information however every item that I got stays like the 12th season charms

Thanks for this screenshot dogz0n, that account level is exactly what I was hoping to check.

As that is showing level 20 and not a Tier 2 Level 20 situation, unfortunately this looks like it would be tied to the issue you've pointed out from a while back, or the account being unlinked (or both). It does look like your Steam account was unlinked just around the time of that incident as well.

Any time that happens there's a chance for the account progress to be lost. I'm afraid we cannot just add levels or otherwise restore anything that wasn't returned once the account was re-linked, sorry.
