I submitted a case on eahelp, but it sad there is no cases found on my account

 I submitted a case on eahelp, the web page showed that it was submitted successfully and asked me to wait for the customer service to respond. However, in my case, it showed that I didn't have any ongoing cases, and I didn't receive any emails responding to me after many days.

    When you created your case, did you happen to see a case number? If so, would you mind sending it to me in a direct message?

  • No i didn't see any case numbers. After I filled in the subject and content and clicked submit, the page automatically jumped to a new page showing that the case had been received. But it's empty in My Cases.

    Hmm, gotcha. It's possible there may have been a hiccup with the site that didn't allow the case to process correctly. Do you have the option to try creating a new one? If so, can you give that a shot and see if it goes through?

  • I've tried rebuilding and submitting cases over a dozen times on both PC and mobile, but they all say the cases were successfully submitted. However, I can't find any record of them in my case folder. This is a weird situation I've never experienced before. Could it be an account issue?

  • Could you please help me create a case or directly request the ban on my account be reconsidered? It's quite significant for me, sir.

    I received the verification email of account password change while sleeping and was banned. I got this bad news when I got up to deal with the email in the morning. I had not applied for password change when the email was sent to me.
