It’s says I’m not permitted to play what happen
Ggbgg6969 If you're seeing a message that says: "This account is not permitted to play online", its usually related to a connection issue, (or something similar), as such, you shouldn't be banned.
If you believe that you are banned, you would need to contact the EA TOS Team.

Even if you're banned the EA TOS team is absolutely incompetent, they won't direct chat with their players and keep sending the same automated response with absolutely no info whatsoever
when i attempt to load into apex im told this account is not permitted to play online see wa.com/unable-to-connect for additional information. I did so and can find a reason for me not being able it’s not my internet and im not banned so im not sure what the problem is
