I want to change my email.

I want to register a new email but can't use EA chat because the linked email is no longer available and I can't authenticate. After entering my preliminary information, I am returned to the original screen of EAhelp. How can I use the chat?

You can find instructions on how to start a chat with EA Help here.

If you're unable to access the account you're trying to recover, you can login with another email to start a chat and then provide the details of the primary account.
