Hey @Maoxiaojiujiu!
I'm not showing any cases created from your current account regarding an account action. This would need to be reviewed by our Terms of Service team as we're unable to do so via the forums.
Please try creating a new case using these steps and our ToS team will be able to look into this further for you.
If you're having trouble getting a case created you can also speak with our support team over Twitter or Facebook instead, who should then be able to get that sent along to the ToS team for investigation.

What's happening when you go to the EA Help website to open a new case? He's normal, but I've been emailing or contacting customer service for a week without a case. I don't know if it was rejected or what. Every time I send an email, I check my email and he doesn't show what he keeps showing. You currently do not have any cases with us.
