I would like to return the item and get the in-game currency back.

A while ago, I heard that "Raptor's Claw" was now available for purchase with "shards", so I paid for the event and got the "shards", but then due to a bug I couldn't purchase it anymore, so I had to buy "Super Legend" instead. I bought it. However, now "Raptor's Claw" can be purchased with "shards". Therefore, I would like to have my "shard" returned, but will that request be accepted? Also, where should I send it?

@fantasylv4 Sadly cosmetic items, such as skins, Heirlooms, and Mythics cannot be refunded once bought.

Players have been asking for an Heirloom/Mythic refund system for a long while now, but it has yet to be seen in-game.
