inability to login on xbox one due to a disabled email associated with ea

I am having trouble just trying to play apex on my xbox with my associated gamertag. when i try to link or unlink my accounts, ea comes back with an error message that my username is linked with a random "91*******@disabled.ea.com" email. I have absolutely no idea what that email could mean, nor why it would affect me trying to play the game. can someone please help me with this issue, as their 'contact us' options are completely useless and you are physically unable to proceed to contact them due to the inability to select the playing platform that you are using.
