Infinite Loading Screen and Technical Issues After Genesis Update

After the apex loading screen, where the "conitnue" is at, appears, the black loading screen with a red logo is shown. It is usually normal to see the loading screen stay as is for around 10-30 seconds and moves onto the game lobby. However, the loading screen does not take me anywhere even after 10 minutes. I added "-quickstart and -fullscreen" command to my origin launcher however it did not do anything. Please adv
