Infinite loading screen on Steam

So - I've been playing for a while, and while I haven't spent too much on the game, it's a pain to level up enough to unlock other Legends and I don't wanna go through with that all over again, so I can't just make a new account. 

I have no USB flash drive plugged in, so I can't use that to fix it like another solution was, especially since I don't even own one. I've redownloaded the game, tried the disabling wifi trick, disabled all overlays, tried a clean boot, verified Steam files, I've tried EVERY solution I've found so far and nothing's worked. My specs are well above minimum and even recommended, so that isn't the issue either - all drivers are fully updated, and I cannot for the life of me figure out how to fix it. I'm currently downloading it on Origin, but if I don't have Revenant my life will be ruined.

Also my battle pass. I need my battle pass. I'm running out of time. I've been trying to fix it for 2 days. Help me. Please, I need to get a Revenant skin before it ends.

UPDATE: It's not working on Origin, either. It's stalling at the same area. Seems to definitely be an account-based issue.
