Infinite loading screen

I do appreciate you in particular for attempting to help me LunardustCat, it is just very unfortunate that EA has such awful support systems in place for players like us. The chat bot just loops me back to the forum and it leaves me unable to play their games at all. It’s hurting my brain I’ve been troubleshooting for days now. 

Sorry, fixes for similar cases have varied quite a bit. In some cases, players have even reported that it started working again after some time without them changing anything.

If you’re willing, you could take a look through these older threads that do have posted solutions and see whether any of them sound close to your situation.

I’ve tried all of these and still no luck, really disappointing I was looking forward to playing the new season ranked. It seems a lot of EA platforms just aren’t working on my PC including the EA App and the EA Support page/live chat. I don’t really understand, everything else is working just fine.

Hi, sorry to hear the game is getting stuck on the loading screen when you try to launch it.

Here are a few possible workarounds that other players in the community have shared, if you’d like to try them one by one:

1. Verify the integrity of the game files
2. Remove or unplug any unnecessary USB devices
3. Close background applications such as LINE, Discord, and similar programs
4. Run the game as Administrator
5. Check your Steam settings: Go to Steam Settings > Interface, Set Client Beta Participation to No beta chosen, Restart Steam, then set your Friends status to Online
6. Try launching the game through the EA app
7. Try performing a clean boot on your PC
