Infinite Loading Screen

I am trying to launch the game on Steam, and, like two years ago, it never loads. It is stuck on loading. It isn't shaders or anything, just loading the main menu. I have played around 700h before that happened.

Right now, i am playing the game on E.A because it works, when i launch the game through the E.A launcher, there's no problem, but i would rather launch it through steam. Any idea ? 

I've tried clearing cache and stuff like that on steam, and it can't be easy anti-cheat since i can launch it through E.A.
