Same here, got banned right after the update. Contacted customer support and got it lifted, now its infinite matchmaking. Live chat couldnt provide any help but asking me to look into forum and try helping myself. Tried using EA/Steam and uninstall/deleting and reinstalling it 3 times, tried different servers, tried VPN, nothing works until i tried switching to another account all of a sudden it can get into match easily, so its definitely something to do with the account after being banned and unbanned. Please let me know if you find a solution
