Infinite matchmaking

Since last night I can’t seem to connect into games I’m just stuck in a lobby with the game saying “matchmaking” - my friends don’t seem to have the problem once I leave their lobby so it’s clearly me. I have no bans etc - reset my internet, deleted my game but to no avail. I see other people are having the same problem so what’s the fix?

Since yesterday, I have not been able to queue. Whether I join other people's team, or I solo queue myself, I am not able to queue at all. It says matchmaking and it does not show how many people in queue, i even waited more than 10 mins, yet I am not able to be loaded into a game. I did consider about whether am I banned or not, yet there are no penalty history. Any solutions? Any help will be very appreciated.
