Info Gathering: PC Crashing before getting to lobby

@EA_David So I made a brand new origin account with a different email and the game works completely fine now. when i log off of my new account and try to login to my original account the game goes back to crashing at the load screen. I am using the exact same file path for both accounts so it is definitely an origin issue and not an issue with the install file. So i can play the game but i dont have any of my battlepass progress, any of my coins/materials/tokens, or any of the characters I unlocked.
