@TheRedLion93 So nothing has been debited from my account yet because the order is still open because I couldn't get into the menu to select my bank account. I've tried several times now but I'm always skipped straight to the Apex coins purchase screen

Usually in situations like this you need to wait at least 24 hours for the transaction to go through and then receive your content.
Mind if I ask where did you purchase the Apex Coins and on what platform?

but nothing will change if I wait because I didn't have to enter my bank account details and I was thrown straight out of this menu and only have open orders and I bought them through EA- @MjuFlax
Understood! Like I said in my previous post, usually can take up to 24 hours judging by the image you presented to me since you bought them today.
