Is my apex account that I play on xbox connected to the skins/items I own
I am just so frustrated at this point trying to get a clear answer or case resolved or someone that can help me I am thinking about just unlinking my ea account altogether from my xbox live account and starting over (im just worried id lose my Apex character level and skins ect)
The basics, I am able to log into this account (obviously) using my xbox live login. This account is linked to my xbox live account, the problem is the email that is on this account was a business account that has been shut down (poor choice by me). I can't link my twitch prime account to this ea account because of course it wants email/password and I don't know the password. I can't reset the password because the email account no longer exist.
I have filed cases but they have came up as resolved and nobody has ever contacted me at my newest email.
I honestly don't know what else I can do, the EA advisors I have contacted seem nice and helpful but they can't help get this change done. Maybe I am missing something but it seems like an easy fix (and ive done it before on xbox with literally zero issues almost immediately)
So yea, I am officially at the point where maybe just deleting my account and starting over is looking like a better option provided it won't erase anything from my in game account on xbox.
