Is SSE 4.1 needed or SSE 4.2?

So, I am on Q9450 and my game still crashes . Is the problem SSE 4.2 because my CPU supports SSE 4.1? By crashing I mean that the game doesn't start after the Easy Anti-Cheat's launcher.

    Game needs SSE 4.1, you also need a Dx11 compatible graphics-card

    I have SSE 4.1. Does it means that I just need to install Dx11 to play it?

    I can't start the game, but my GPU is GTX 670 ZOTAC AMP which is Dx11 compatible and my CPU Q9450, which supports SSE, 4.1 should be able to run it
