Have you actually used EA Help? Due to a bug in EA Help, my ban case is not displaying, which prevents me from appealing directly to the handling team. I can only use the second method provided by EA—sending an email to EA Support to create a case. Do you understand?
wuyuzilejiaren I have used EA Help before so I do know that it has a lot of issues, however there isn't anything else I can recommend to try.
