Cross Progression Link

Hello, I have tried to use cross progression to link my playstation account with 1000 hours of progress to my Xbox account so I can use my main account on my Xbox. 

However, when I attempt to link my current Xbox account to my playstation account, it will ask me if I want to link to an Xbox account that I do not use and do not have access to, or it will say that I can only link my account to one account in its lifetime, but I do not recognise nor have the email mentioned in the screenshot. 

Is there a fix to this issue?

    Xfrosted_StormsX​ Since the EA Account was linked to an Xbox Account before, it is not possible to link a different Xbox Account since the first Xbox Account has a lifetime link to the EA Account, (its also not possible to transfer, (or merge), your Apex progression and data to another EA Account).

    Regarding the unknown email, it sounds like your account was hacked, so you would need to recover it:
