Hello, I am having issues linking my EA account to my XBOX. I have been playing Apex on my Playstation 4 from the beginning and recently purchased an XBOX Series S and when I log in to the Apex game, its starting from a blank slate. Talked to 2 EA associates and they said they could not locate my EA account from my PSN. Please help
