I participated in the Apex Legends cross-progression rollout during the initial window in late 2023. My console account (PlayStation/Xbox) was already linked to my PC account under the same EA account before the rollout began. Despite this, I never received my merged cosmetics, stats, or Apex Coins. I’ve confirmed that both accounts are still properly linked to the same EA account, and I did not unlink or relink them at any point. I’ve waited for months and attempted to resolve this through standard channels, but I’ve received no resolution. I’m requesting a manual review of my account merge status and restoration of the missing items. Please let me know what additional information you need to verify my account history and resolve this issue. I've contacted EA support and have yet to get a response!

While you've mentioned your console account was already linked to this same EA account before Cross Progression went into effect back in late 2023, it doesn't look like this account had ever launched Apex on that platform until the end of that year.
This would indicate if you played Apex on that platform at all before that point, it would have been linked to a different EA account at the time.
Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress and it will appear to have reset. Progress cannot be moved between different accounts.
We are not able to make any changes to your account status or progress via the forums, but if something was linked or unlinked incorrectly it may be worth contacting support this way to see if the original platform can be re-linked.
