I was trying to get my girlfriend's PlayStation progress on Apex on her PC, but she has started from ground zero. She did have her account linked to another EA Account, but there was a problem that we couldn't link Steam to that account because my Steam was linked to her account. So we made an EA account to switch her progress onto, but she's now level one. She's very distraught that she lost her progress, so I am looking for help to get her account reinstated.
Her EA account ID was Phantomg1903, and the new EA account ID is definitelymarzz
She wants her PSN progress on her PC. Her PSN is linked to the New EA account.
Please, if you could, please put her progress back on her account!
