Dear EA/Respawn Team and Moderators

I'm an ordinary Apex Legends player who has been playing since 2022, with over 4 years of gameplay and more than 2000 hours of total playtime. I've invested countless time, money, and emotion into this game, so I was absolutely shocked and heartbroken when my account was suddenly banned. I sincerely beg the official team to re-investigate my account and give me a reasonable explanation!

Why I have absolutely no reason to use cheats:

1. Identity & Motivation: I'm neither a professional player nor a streamer. I don't need to prove my skills or gain attention through cheating. For me, gaming is a way to relax and socialize, not a job or competitive stage.
2. Account Value: Over the past 4+ years, I've not only spent more than 2000 hours playing, but also purchased multiple battle passes, skins, and other paid content (can provide complete payment records). I cherish this account more than anyone else—why would I ever do something like cheating that would completely ruin it?
3. Game Performance: My in-game stats have always been at the level of an average player. My KDA and average damage per game are consistent with normal performance for my playtime (checked Ranked data for Season 28 a few days before the ban, values are not far off). I had no sudden, abnormal performance improvements or any suspicious in-game behavior.
4. Rule Awareness: I've always strictly followed the game's User Agreement and Positive Play Charter. I've never used any third-party cheating software, scripts, or plugins, nor have I participated in any illegal transactions or account sharing.

I've submitted multiple appeals through official channels, but all I received were template responses stating "penalty applied correctly" with no specific ban details or evidence. I understand that anti-cheat systems need to be strict, but I also beg the official team to distinguish between real cheaters and innocent ordinary players.

If my account did violate the rules, I hope the official team can provide specific evidence of the ban (such as abnormal data records, anti-cheat detection reports, time points of violations, etc.) so that I can understand what I did wrong. If it was a false positive by the system, I sincerely request the official team to re-review my account, lift the ban, and let me continue to enjoy this game I love.

I'm willing to cooperate with the official team in any form of investigation and provide all necessary materials such as payment records, login device information, and network environment proof.
