the issue of bans

A few years ago, after playing Apex with friends at an internet cafe, my account was banned. Other games on my account did not experience any issues. I suspect that the machine may have been hacked at that time. Every time I recall this incident, I would lodge a complaint with the official website's customer service. However, every time, the response email I receive from customer service is generated from the same template.

I have repeatedly stated that I am not a cheater and I detest cheaters. If there have been any violations on my account, they were not my doing. I am also a victim of this incident. Cheaters do not care about their own accounts, but I am not a cheater. I hope to find a solution to my account issue through official customer service, but it is clear that I have not achieved my wish.

So I would like to ask what should I do with my account in a situation like mine. Do I have to give up my current account and create a new one to play? But is this reasonable? I don't want to give up my account, but several previous failed account appeals have made me feel hopeless. I hope someone can tell me what I should do.
