To confirm, which platform did you purchase the launch bundle on originally and when was that purchased? Was that on the PC account linked after the 26th?
Do you happen to have a screenshot showing the bundle was already purchased and which one is currently available?

The purchase was made on an account made past the 26th, I'm not trying to get the stuff back (although that would be perfered) I'm trying to see if I can get the option reset so I can purchase it again

What happens when the bug occurs? When the bug occurs I have no access to the store load out Legends or seasons so I cannot purchase anything and it shows that I have negative 9999in legend tokens crafting materials and Apex coins
What should be happening instead? The game should be working instead I cannot do anything and cannot pick a character
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? All I did was log in and it was there
Nothing works and I can't buy anything or change my character.

- 2 years ago@EA_Mako I cant reach my olds skins and trackers. I have the same problem it shows the cosmetics but when i click on them it says its locked and you have to buy them again

Which platform(s) did you play Apex on, and roughly how long have you played before noticing this?
I see a Steam profile being added just a few months back, but if you've played on other platforms or before that point, it was likely under a different EA Account.
- 2 years ago@EA_Mako i played apex in playstation 4-5 years ago and then i made a new ea acc n linked it w my steam thats the acc u are talking about. but thats not the issue . i saw the skins that i got on my playstation. i merged my accounts, , got my playstaiton account's level but i didnt got my skins back

My xbox, steam and EA have the same email and are all linked through the EA app. Yet I’m still waiting after 1 year and 3 months for my content from my xbox account to move over to my PC account. My cousin moved from xbox to PC 2 weeks ago and got his instantly. I’ve been sent here by a customer service person to report it. They said I could get help here. I’m getting to the end of my patience as I’ve spent 100s of £ on my xbox account to basically get the same answers and results in the past year. @EA_Mako , image attached below to show its all linked.

Hey @nebbiio,
Please keep in mind that it's not possible to transfer any progress from one EA account to another.
Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress.
It sounds like that may be the case here, as while your attachment shows you've linked the accounts, this isn't the original account that had your Xbox progress, so it won't be possible to merge or transfer that to the same account. You would need to move your Xbox account back to whichever EA account it was linked to originally to try recovering the Xbox content.

Unfortunately it is not possible to transfer or merge your progress across EA accounts simply by linking a platform to a different account. That will only result in a loss of progress as outlined here and in the disclaimer that must be accepted when unlinking any account.

Hi @EA_Mako , how would I know which email my Xbox account was originally linked too? I'm sure I've always used the same email for this. I need to know for sure because i wont be able to relink to another account for 6 months after doing so. Please let me know as soon as you're available, Thanks.
