My PC had over 150,000 kills and was 1000+ levels higher and yet console account overwrote my PC one

Just to follow up here, the Founder's content is considered to be platform exclusive, which is why it wouldn't transfer over.
The Frosthaven and Lifeblood skins being similarly unavailable seems odd and we've passed that along to be checked into.
Any update? I am having this issue as well and Im a truck driver on the go and cant play apex no more on the road

I want my account back.
So I got my cross progression yesterday and when I started playing apex I was on xbox and now I play on pc and both accounts are on the same ea account. My xbox acc is level 500+ and my pc acc like 150+. But, when I got my cross progression now it just put the pc account on both my pc and xbox. Now i have no access to the better account. I thought cross progression would merge over the higher level account? Why did mine do the lower level account?

I got cross-progression yesterday, I accepted it, I entered the game, but it doesn't let me invite my friends to the lobby, nor join their lobby even if they invite me, it doesn't let me enter a match (it appears: group not ready) even if I'm alone, and all the modes are blocked, including my name does not appear in the menu. What can I do?

I got the cross progression prompt, however the screen showing the items and accounts that would merge never popped up. My only option was to hit continue to get to the lobby menu of the game.
I have had my PC and Xbox accounts linked for years on the EA website. Under connections it shows my Xbox gamertag and that is linked properly.
However now when I log into my Xbox account, I have lost all of my items and only my PC items show up.
Again the prompt itself failed to load properly.
The screen that shows all of your items and the accounts they're merging from never appeared The game just continued as usual to the lobby screen after the prompt.
I lost 600 plus dollars worth of skins and heirlooms please help, please.

I had to link my account to my EA account years ago on my Xbox because I have twitch prime rewards that I needed to transfer over.
A few weeks before cross progression rolled out I logged into my Xbox account and I could see the skins on my Legends when I was in the legend selection screen. However after I played that legend in one game The legend was reset to default and the skins were gone.
This was before the prompt.
I’m sorry for bothering you and you probably won’t get this but I got cross progression and when I seen it I just seen continue and nothing happened but my account is haves nothing only one thing I paid for and I had more then that can you ples help and it was unlinked I’m in ps5 and my main is cloutedlingling plsss can you help me get my stuff back I would love to play again on my account
